Khdr Hajoyan is the president of the Yezidi National Union, and chief executive officer of Ezdikhana Newspaper. He has connections with the Yezidi structures of Iraq, European countries, the Russian Federation, the USA, Canada and Georgia. It should be noted that was the grandson, student and right-hand man of the great leader with a blessed memory Aziz Tamoyan.

On February 22, 2021, at the congress of the Yezidi National Union, was elected President of the Yezidi National Union by an absolute majority of votes.
